About Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Dehradun

Maharishi Vidya Mandir was established in Dehradun in 1992, and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The concept of Maharishi Vidya Mandir is to have the Maharishi Consciousness based education in the Indian education system. The schools of Maharishi Vidya Mandir are spread over 16 states in India and are educating more than 1 lakh students and instilling in them the importance of moral values and ethics.

The school not only emphasises on studies and moral values but the students are also taught about Maharishi Vedic Science, Transcendental Meditation & Yoga. The school works on developing man dimensions of every child’s brain by teaching them greater use of intelligence, superior brain wave functioning, faster learning ability, faster reaction time, coherent thought process, longer retention of knowledge, improved health and reversal of ageing.

The school is affiliated to the CBSE board and has all the norms and its academic study system identified by NCERT. Admission in Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Dehradun

Initially the admission is made in class Nursery, KG, I, VI and IX on the basis of verbal/written test and/or interview. Subsequently,admission will be taken in other classes.

Minimum age of students for admission to Nursery would be 3 years on 1st April in the year of admission.
