The DAV Public School is a co-educational English Medium school that was established in 1989 in Dehradun. It is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The school was established while keeping in mind the need of quality education and for the fulfilment of the needs of a growing child in an academic society. The school was set up by the DAV College Committee and today boasts of having a strength of 2000+ children.

Admission in DAV Public School, Dehradun

The registration for admission begins in the month of December for the new session which starts in April every month. Registration forms are available at the school office on all working days from 09:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Parents/Guardians must register the names of their Children/wards through the application form available from the school. All the guidelines mentioned in the prospectus are to be followed thoroughly. Admissions are based on the merit list after the entrance test is done, provided there should be a vacant seat. After the child has qualified and an interview has been done the parents must deposit the fees mentioned and all the necessary documentation should be completed within the time period mentioned, failing which the admission will be cancelled and provided to the next deserving candidate within 5 days.
