Gucchupani also known as ‘Robbers Cave’ is celebrated for its unusual cold springs that appear and disappears underground. This naturally formed cave is located at Vijaypur near Anarwala village and is one of the hotspots for the Doonites. About Robber’s Cave
Robbers Cave locally known as Guchhupani is 600 metres long cave which is divided into two parts. This colossal cave has the highest fall of about 10 km. In the center, there is a fort wall structure that is now in ruins. The cave consists of an extremely narrow gorge formed in a conglomerate limestone area on Doon Valley’s Dehra plateau.

Robbers Cave located at Vijaypur near Anarwala village is situated at a distance of 8 km from Clock Tower. One can take the bus to Vijaypur then commence a short 1 km trek to reach Robbers Cave. This famous tourist destination of Dehradun is only 53 km from Rishikesh, about 61 km from Haridwar and around 252 km from Delhi. Dehradun railway station is the nearest railhead and Jolly Grant is the closest airport to Robbers Cave.
